About this Entry: On 12/6/2019, the UTRGV marketing team launched a more dynamic and user-friendly UTRGV School of Medicine website to reflect the goals of our Education, Research, Patient Care, and Community initiatives and to makes it easy for website visitors to find the information they are looking for.
In the new redesign template, the main menu was updated to make it easy for users to navigate across the site. The marketing team also developed a customized video banner that reflects SOM initiatives and areas of focus (Education, Research, Patient Care & Community). For the departmental and institute websites, a new template was created that allows users to read and interpret information in a more meaningful way.
